  3. Move your body: Physical activity can boost your mood and energy levels. Find an activity you enjoy, such as dancing, yoga, or running, and make it a regular part of your routine.
  4. Eat healthy foods: The foods you eat can impact your energy levels and overall well-being. Choose nutrient-dense foods that fuel your body and provide sustained energy.
