This week we’re happy to present our episode recorded at our panel at the massive and overwhelming Edmonton Comic and Entertainment Expo 2017. We look at Batman: Year One by Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli, the definitive origin story of the Dark Knight. Along the way we talk about the timeless nature of the storytelling, the influence these four issues have had on Batman across various media, and the adaptability of Batman as a character. We also chat briefly about our con experience (Clancy’s first).
