It's a little nauseating to look back at the War on Terror and see that it was started by just a handful of truly awful men who got lucky in the effectiveness of their attack, and who didn't even really know what they were doing. So many lives wasted.

It’s shocking And consequently fascinating that Osama has no plans. He attempted many attacks that didn’t materialize to global distress.
