NetApp is updaing their ransomware protection solutions. They've made some new additions to their Automated Ransomware Protection (ARP) platform to address new attack vectors and improve logic for attack detection, including new methods like partial file encryption. NetApp is claiming a 99% precision in detection of ransomware attacks. They have also announced the availability of their Ransomware Recovery Guarantee for Keystone, their storage-as-a-service offering. These announcements come as part of a larger package including updates to SnapCenter and BlueXP Disaster Recovery.
