If there is anything this past year has reminded us it is that life is hard and just when we think things are going the right way, a wall appears right in front of us stopping our progress. Maybe it’s something going on in our personal lives. Maybe it’s a roadblock we’re running into at work. But undoubtedly, it comes down to one decision...either we’ll be content standing behind that wall and living with it, or we’ll break through and figure out a way to Get Overit. We won’t revel in successes or gloat about achievements, but rather, focus on the journey and what it took to get there.
