Hey girlfriend! Are you ready to heal!? Are you ready to evolve? Well, I believe that not only is it time for you to heal, but you deserve to be healed. I believe that true healing comes from releasing , and replenishing. Not witholding. It's toxic. It's stressful, and it doesn't make you feel good does it? 

Take the time out to talk to the people that may have hurt you, and let them know how it made you feel. Stop battling with your self and do it. I challenge you today! Stop being fearful about it, and stop hurting!
