Sometimes we as women we sell ourselves short. We do so much for everybody, and we don’t take the time out to care for ourselves. It’s okay to stop for a second. Breath. Tell people no, and to just take the day to do absolutely nothing! Don't allow people to make you feel bad for taking care of you, because if you don't take care of you, then you wont be able to take care of anyone else either.  Say NO!
