CEO Jewish Care BILL APPLEBY joined us in July, the week before we went into our second lockdown. At that time we talked about the changes Jewish Care was making to ensure the safety of their residents and program participants.

It has certainly been a tough year for those involved in aged care, so we thought we’d ask Bill back to reflect on the year.
