Lee has worked in corporate America for more than 23 years as a Human Resources executive and career/leadership coach. Her coaching career has focused on providing support to individuals and teams on topics related to life changes, personal development, career growth, and communication.

After serving two tours in the U.S. Marine Corps, she obtained that coveted c-suite title, the institutional authority, and is respected within her company that she’d dreamed of. Her own personal journey has led her to recognize that her purpose in life is larger than the size of her office.
