Discipline isn't easy, It's very hard.  But if you stay the course something gone shake! We all have beliefs and principles that we grew up with, learned, and live daily.  You maybe going through something, you may even feel like giving up.  All we are saying is don't give up, stick to it and something is going to shake!!!
