We all have (or will have) seasons in life where we may encounter the debilitating emotion of shame in some way. Sometimes shame occurs from something that happened TO us, while sometimes we feel shame because of something we've DONE. Either way, it's important to heal from our shame so we can truly live the life we're intended to live (and not wallow in our disappointment of ourselves or fall victim to others).
