Well, it’s hard to believe but another year has passed and we are officially into 2023.

Today’s discussion is for those of you who are striving to meet some BIG goals and have set some resolutions (or planning to.)

But, before you make that list, I’m sharing my BRAND NEW approach to goal setting for a new year, b/c frankly, I rarely commit too long to the resolutions and this year I plan to achieve them!
