Happiness can provide a baseline of strength during those times when we're dealing with grief or uncertainty.
We tend to think that we're at the mercy of our emotions, and have to take the first 'train of thought' that comes through the station in our mind.  Lucky for us, we have far more control over that process than we give ourselves credit for!
If positivity isn't part of your regular routine, you can "Fake it til you make it!" Your brain will eventually figure it out, and in the meantime, you'll still feel better about your life!
Stress is a constant companion, but in times of uncertainty, happiness plays an even bigger part in helping us develop the resilience we need to keep going.  Here are three ways to do just that!
