Coach Wes Chapman is the Athletic Director and Head Boys Basketball Coach at Tom Bean High School. Coach Chapman is a graduate of Sam Rayburn HS and has turned the Tomcats into a perennial playoff team in his time as Head Boys Basketball Coach at Tom Bean. Coach Chapman shares his experience of becoming an Athletic Director and how to create ownership within all athletic programs.
