We are going to talk about some of the best Scotch-style whiskeys in the world, Japanese whiskeys. Have we done some of this before, sure, but we are better now and can ask the hard-hitting questions. Like, does Japan have the peat for this? Apparently so, but do they even use it? Join us as we go through the history of this newer whisky style and if you want to drink along, take out a second mortgage. Either way we are going to have a drink.
