How much time do we give to focusing on what we don't want in relationships instead of what we do? This is default mode most live this way everyday. I feel great when I'm focused on what I want in life, I begin put into motion the positive effects of my focus. When focusing on the things you want in relationships you feel drawn to create more of that in your life. It's the same when focusing on things you don't want or what's not going well you begin to find evidence for what you don't want. Everything around you feels wrong or why your relationships are difficult. We should remind ourselves everyday of what's important to us this helps to redirect our focus.
