Healing from Trauma
The key is never giving our demons the satisfaction of defeat. Journaling is one of my coping mechanisms and speaking openly. While only being able to function based on my belief that God has a greater purpose for all of us. . Most days it’s a struggle one way or another. I’m choosing to heal and not just accept the hand dealt, hopefully my healing process may will help individuals. Chronicling instances / situations that left heavy mental notes, my take aways and perspective. Which In a way has hindered me, emotionally and sometimes physically.
