She supports optometric professional relations, clinical services, and healthcare practices for both independent and associate doctors. Before moving into her current position, Dr. Jones served as a Senior Talent Specialist, where she led recruitment efforts for dental, optometry, and pharmacy across 5 states. She has also practiced as an Optometrist in Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. Dr. Jones earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry and her MBA from Purdue University.
