Dental services in Italy have been severely impacted due to the current outbreak. In this episode, we speak to Dr. Roberto Calvisi about the current situation for dentists in Italy in the hope that we can understand what may be ahead of us. Dr. Calvisi highlights the difficulty in accessing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and the high costs associated which will have implications for dentists in the future, as well as the effects on productivity. Dr. Calvisi also discusses how the crisis has affected his life outside of dentistry.
