Frankie Dewar  joins me to share her experience from her 3000+ km cycling journey around the UK on a second hand bike after only having cycled a few times during lockdown. In this journey, Frankie interviews 51 Hikers, Swimmers, Horse Riders, Climbers, Mountaineers, Doorstep Adventurers, Stand Up Paddle Boarders and everyone inbetween. These interviews which she features on her own podcast: 'Extraordinary Ordinary You' covers the life journeys and antics of the people she interviews, hearing how they got into the outdoors and what it means to them, as well as big life questions. 

 We chat about the confidence and courage to get started, overcoming challenges on day one, coping with severe PMT and PMS, dealing with impostor syndrome and lessons from her journey.  ***
