Chris’ Background [01:35] Chris grew up in Virginia Beach, VA. She knew about psychics because that is where well-known psychic Edgar Casey had his center. Chris’ mom volunteered there. So by the time she’s 12, she knows all about Edgar Casey. 

 [02:39] Chris was 37 when her guides came to her and said, It's time to get to work. She was meditating for one and a half to four hours a day, and the psychic world opened up.

Focus [06:47] A lot of people will call Chris because they want to be psychic. They know they're intuitive. But only a few are willing or have the time to develop that FOCUS.

Becoming a Psychic and Turning Off the Outside World [10:00] Chris’ husband always thought psychic stuff was just something cute that women did. But he always supported Chris and never said derogatory words. Her sisters loved it because she got to practice on them.

 [13:32] Most women have more courage than they know than they believe. But anybody can develop their focus by practicing every day, even if it's only 15 minutes or half an hour, and just talking to the guides and listening.

[21:36] One of the absolute first things the guides taught Chris was every day when she sat in meditation with them, they taught her affirmations that she said with them over and over and meditated. 

[23:15] Chris starts her day with meditation, in which she’s doing positive affirmations that set her day up in a positive manner so that she starts feeling good about herself each day. It goes back to what you are choosing to focus on each day. 

 Dealing with Trauma
[26:42] The guides taught Chris, in the beginning, to keep it in the present moment. Every time you look at the past, it's just a big black hole. And anybody who lives in the past will be lost, and they will stay. 

 [28:17] Keep it in the present moment. But you're paying attention to the past. You're just not living in it again. You're making friends with yourself, and you're not looking in the rearview mirror at the little kids scattered behind you.

Messages from Spirit about what’s happening in the world
[38:17] Chris was always thankful that she didn't have to receive like there was going to be an earthquake or there were going to be disastrous events. The guides, whenever somebody talks about what's happening in the world today, say, Okay, go back to history. So what they always point out is that it's not that the world is any force. It's that the information we are bombarded with is instantaneous.
