Lena is a Middle School Principle by day and accessory shop owner 24/7. Lena launched Unbothered Accessories, an online accessory shop, simply because she loves accessories and wanted to share that with others. In this episode you'll hear her talk about how she came up with the name, what entrepreneurship is like and the importance of asking for help. We also discuss being an empath and the importance empaths have in setting boundaries and saying no. Lena and I have a thought provoking conversation around racial injustice, racism, and white privilege. She shares some experiences she has had as a Black Woman in America and they just scratch the surface of what Black Women go through.
