Matt Pettinelli is the Founder and CEO of CapGrow Partners. Matt started his business with nothing but a phone, the internet, a little bit of industry knowledge, and a ton of hustle. CapGrow was founded in 2005 for a very specific purpose: buy single-family homes, and lease them to quality providers who care for adults with disabilities. Matt says it took 3 years before there was even a glimmer that his idea might work, but today CapGrow is a giant. In our interview, Matt looks back on the early days of his enterprise and tells us what it took to get CapGrow off the ground.
