This podcast has changed my life. I was always curious about health and fitness and eventually yoga. But, you know that feeling when you are doing too much with your physical body And nothing with the mental one? Depression, anxiety, And thoughts that the life is meaning less-that's what I had and why I started looking for some healing. I'd watched so many youtube videos and listened to so many podcasts about that, but I have never related to any like to this one. Sahara is an amazing author, couch and person in general. I highly recommend it and I am sure that you'll love her after a first episode.

Having been going through a really rough transition in my life, I was drawn to Sahara's Book "Discover your Dharma", and haven't been able to put it down! From there, I tuned into the highest self podcast and have been hooked ever since! Since exploring her content, I've felt more motivated and happier than I have in a long time.
