Hey hey hey, Hey highly favoured woman, welcome back to another episode of the podcast. Thank you once again for choosing this podcast each week for your dose of personal development. I’m your host Life Coach Nonie, founder of the Highly Favoured Woman Community helping you elevate your life and achieve your Vision Board goals so you can thrive in every area of your life.

Firstly congratulations for making into the 1st 6 months of the year and for achieving your vision board goals so far. For those of you that in your corporate girly era, you are probably in your mid-year review process and you are thinking about the last 6 months, are you still on track and what your work record so far has been. I remember in my last job, this review determined whether I am on track for a full bonus or not. So if you are going through your mid-year review process, you will love this podcast because I am going to be sharing 3 strategies on how to approach your mid-year review and come out thriving. These strategies will apply for you too if you are a business owner or a woman who is in her personal development era.

Strategy 1: Do a self evaluation, on your goals and what you wanted to achieve this year. I have created a 90 day review workbook which will help you with these questions. Identify how you really feel? Do you feel accomplished in your goals or do you feel you could have done better? be honest in this self evaluation. Ask for feedback from those closest to you, this could be your manager, friends or family that can give an honest feedback.

Strategy 2: Look at your strengths and weaknesses in the last 6 months, what have been your strengths and and weaknesses? How have these held you back in achieving your goals and becoming the best version of yourself? This is a great question to ask yourself because you may need to check with others too if your perceived weaknesses are actually weaknesses or you can tweak them to become strengths in certain areas of your life?

Strategy 3:Toot your own horn!! Heck you are the one who has been doing the work, so toot your own horn, celebrate those achievements and share them with others. Then its time to start planning for the next 6 months: Ask yourself these questions:

Are my goals still aligning with who I want to be and where I desire to be by the end of the year?

What three actions should I prioritise in the next 6 months?

Who do I need to be in order to achieve these goals by the end of the year?
