In this second podcast, Jon Melling, practice director with Top Tier Consulting, walks providers through what they need to consider in approaching the challenge of readiness for ICD-10. This includes how to set up the project in a way that is consistent with the size of their practice as well as the priority areas that really need early attention to ensure that the organization will be as ready as possible by Oct. 1, 2014.
