Who is Cho Nan Tsai ?


Cho-Nan Tsai is an experienced product-creator and company-builder who has helped create defining infrastructure of transformative, enduring businesses in Fintech. He enjoys building and advising companies in fintech, proptech, and cybersecurity. He is an expert in online lending, payment, credit card issuance, blockchain, and cryptocurrency.

Currently, he is the Chief Technology Officer at Dunmore Capital. Collaborating with a team of technologists and real estate veterans, he is building the technology foundation of an online property financing company for serving professional real estate investors in the United States.

Prior to joining Dunmore, Cho-Nan spent 5 years at Camino Financial as its CTO, building a track record of identifying and implementing strategic tech initiatives. As an early founding team member, he helped grow the business from the ground up, making it one of the most recognizable online small business lenders in the U.S. Hispanic market.


Before Camino, he spent 4 years at Sony, building blu-ray technologies and digital media supply chains for major Hollywood studios. He has also worked as a Team Lead at Ricoh R&D Center in Shanghai.

Cho-Nan is passionate about building an inclusive and diverse tech community. In his spare time, he contributes to open source technologies when time permits and he is active in tech career mentorship through Into Code Mentorship Program.

He graduated with a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Columbia University and a M.S. degree in Computer Science from UCLA.
