Hospice of the Valley treasures our military veteran patients and offers a special tribute visit to honor their service and sacrifice. Volunteers, who are military veterans themselves, come to the home and bestow a recognition pinning and keepsake flag to express gratitude. Memories are shared and any delayed trauma (PTSD) from wartime memories can be addressed by trained staff.
