Rosaria is a clinical exercise specialist, personal trainer and founder of Mature Movers (a website that makes finding and accessing group exercise classes for people over 60 quick and easy). She is also the host of the Mature Movers podcast which interviews people in the ageing sector and explores a variety of areas associated with ageing such as retirement living, the world senior games and research in ageing.
