In this episode we talk all about our body. The physical apparatus that we call home during this lifetime. Up to now there hasn’t been too much information on our body and what that means to us and how it connects to the world around us and this is such an important thing to know. This is something that every human should know every person with the body should know what it is and how to use it and what it saying all times because our body is our best friend when you know how to use it and when you know how to listen to it.
