In all seriousness, I am fully aware I talk a lot about ghosts and the paranormal. I don’t always realise just how much I do it while recording in real time, and only realise it when listening back, editing. I promise I will make a conscious effort to talk less about it in future!!

(SPOILER: Episode 16 has already been recorded and there is already a reference to the paranormal in that, so this promise will be enforced on later episodes!!)
