We find out that Ratched isn't a real nurse (shocker) and she unexpectedly teams up with Bucket to get Hanover ousted from the hospital. He flees with a patient with multiple personality disorder and one of her personalities stabs him. His loss (of life) is Ratched's gain and she relocates to Mexico with Gwen, but not before making one last attempt to settle the score with Edmund. Before he can "buy the farm", Edmund escapes for real this time. He's coming for Ratched. But she might come to him first. Petunia the money gets a big payday.
