Roger is the owner and founder of the Bournemouth 7s Festival known as the 'Sporting Glastonbury', the Worlds largest Sport & Music Festival attracting 30,000 like minded party people every May Bank Holiday, he's also Co-Host of the Harry Redknapp Podcast and star of his own podcast the eventful entrepreneur. 

Roger has owned and created 12 Festivals and 1,500 Live Events over the past 20 years.

he became an entrepreneur from a very young age growing up in pubs in London. Since then he's been building and selling successful businesses in the Sports & Events world. For Roger it's all about keeping it really simple!

he states he's un-ashamedly passionate about what he does, and is now on a mission to inspire the next generation by sharing his experiences and knowledge and more importantly bringing people together.
