Till started his career like anyone else: With a passion for gaming and a drive to see his team be the best they can be. As we progress through the interview Till shares his insight into managing a team, the players, and staff as well as his day to day duties as the General Manager. He goes on to give advice for up and coming industry folks and wraps it with a few wise words for anyone wanting to break into the scene.
