This episode questions the whole "hard work equals success" idea. I get it, we're all about pushing limits, but hear me out. Think about those awesome moments when everything just clicked – on the field, in the boardroom, wherever. Didn't it feel easy, almost like you were riding a wave? That's what I'm talking about.

Maybe it's not the struggle that gets us places, but just being present and paying attention. It's like we're all wearing these big, clunky snow gloves, thinking they're helping us sort books in a library, but actually, they're just getting in the way.

And then there's our love for the hero story. We all want to be the main character, battling dragons, but what if our real power is just being naturally awesome? What if success is more about riding the horse instead of pulling the carriage ourselves?

You might be surprised how far you can go without all that extra effort.
