Similarities and differences, are mechanisms used to categorize our lives. If you had to take a look at your friends, the groups you associate with, whether that may be in the work place or casual social gatherings, who are the go-to-people you drift towards and why? This week we discuss our friend groups, what values we need in friendships and how we deal with conflict with friends. Understanding who we are as individuals gives us insight into who we attract into our lives and more so, who we allow into our inner circle.
