However, we are not pregnant and this is not something you can particularly plan for. In this episode, we delve into what zero expectations can bring. Even when expecting the unexpected you are still expecting something...wow that was really confusing. 

The point is, what happens when you have zero expectations?  What does your life look life? How do you feel? How do you approach life? Have we learnt anything from the year who will not be named? And if so, what? And has that shaped any of our plans, dreams hopes or five year, ten year plans we may have had in the works? Perhaps has it changed how you frame your life and changed the trajectory of it, all together?
