Solar panel installers, architects, environmental scientists, recycling coordinators, wind turbine engineers, geologists, project managers, electric vehicle manufacturers – these are just a small subset of the countless jobs connected to the green revolution. But, for renewable energy to be a sustainable part of our lives, we need to ensure it offers both economic growth and climate security. The International Labour Organisation estimates that the energy transition could create 25 million new jobs by 2030.
