When I am overwhelmed, it helps me to pinpoint what my specific needs are and so I can efficiently meet them. Praying and asking for my specific needs creates miracles in our lives. There is an abundance of support available to us and Heavenly Father will guide us to that help. He wants us to ask for His help with those desires and needs we have. As I record the miracles that come, I am more aware of them. It is a personal victory for me to pray and ask for what I need in humility and faith. All of this creates positive momentum and helps me work through overwhelming thoughts and complaints.
