Picture this: I went to the hospital seeking acertificate confirming the injuries I sustained due to a bus driver'snegligence.

But what I received was beyond unexpected.

A Shocking Twist

Instead of acknowledging the severity of my injuries,the doctor's focus shifted.

She wove my injuries into a web of unrelated illnessesand, most astonishingly, fixated on my weight.

Yes, you read that right – my weight became thecenterpiece of her assessment.

The injuries I suffered took a backseat as sheprioritized discussing my weight and how it related to the incident.

The Power of Assumptions

What's truly striking is the assumptions thatfollowed.

It was as though my wheelchair existence was secondaryto her preconceived notions.

The doctor seemed to imply that my weight alone wasreason enough for my wheelchair use, disregarding the very real injuries thatled me there.

The issue of justice and the bus driver's negligencefaded into the background, overshadowed by her singular fixation.

Unveiling Society's Lens

This experience, although personal, reflects a broaderissue that our society grapples with – the tendency to judge and categorizebased on superficial factors.

It's a narrative that many have encountered, whereassumptions and biases take precedence over facts and reality.
