What I discovered in the conversation with Dr. Lj Johnson, today’s podcast guest, is that no matter the diagnosis, we are all lost without the right support. As a woman with Iron Deficiency Anemia, I am no stranger to period pain, but what I didn’t know a lot about going into today’s discussion, is a lot about endometriosis. Dr. Lj Johnson is here to help us understand what it is, how it impacts women, and why it takes so long to find the problem.

Dr. Lj Johnson PsyD. IHP. FDNP, IIN, is a women’s hormone coach specializing in Endometriosis, PCOS, and Fibroids. Lj has worked in the women's health and fitness industry for over 20 years while overcoming her own diagnosis of endometriosis. Lj’s passion is to empower, motivate and educate all women that they too can have quality of life despite their symptoms or diagnosis.

If nothing else, this episode will leave you feeling empowered and hopeful, because regardless of your diagnosis, you can live an amazing life with the right support.
