The reason I created this series is because I know it’s going to support so many mamas to realise that you’re not alone in the big emotions, experiences and journey you're on in matrescence. 

I’m so grateful to be doing this with Mary – who has been so generous with her vulnerability, and really opening up to the experience of being supported by me. Not to mention being willing to share this vulnerability and experience on such a public platform.
