In this episode of the Matrescence Awakening with Kirryn Lee podcast we’re up to Session 3 of this coaching series with my wonderful 1:1 coaching client Mary.

If you listened to Session 2, you’ll know that it was quite a hard session and it didn't really go the way that Mary wanted or expected. 

There was a lot that came up in between that session and this one, so when Mary arrived on this call, she was really emotionally charged – she even considered cancelling our session. But I’m so glad she didn’t!

When life feels too big or too overwhelming – this is the best time to lean in and allow yourself to be supported.

We explored how Mary is so connected to the values she wants to bring into her motherhood journey, and how she wants to show up for her daughter. But how she feels her external world doesn't see the value in that. 

There’s so much you can learn from the discomfort and in today’s session with Mary we turned that emotional charge into a powerful lesson.
