Mother's Day just passed and we used our recording time to not only discuss our beautiful mothers but also to explore how we are "Mothering" ourselves in life and carrying on their work.

So, join us.... as we have conversation about “Mothering” and  what it means to be a mother to oneself,  the impact of stepping into that maternal role as we learn to care for ourselves and conclude with how we are coping and intend to cope moving forward.
