This is an amazing chapter that highlight negative feelings in a way that was brand new to me when I first read this 3 years ago. And I've been practicing these principles as often as I can ever since. When we experience negative feelings, we welcome them rather than resist them. I know you might want to avoid the feelings but they are revealed for a reason and this is your opportunity to release them and be free.
