When we think of boundaries we think of line we draw and it’s always directed at someone else. When in reality a boundary is crossed only when the line is not set within yourself. Stop trying to police people and ask yourself “Who am I?” “how do I present myself to the world?” This is the secret to setting lasting boundaries
