#21 So this is the final episode of season 1,  I really wanted to reflect on all 20 episodes and share some key points of information from season 1. This podcast has been a fantastic journey of self discovery for me and a pleasure to share my thoughts and feelings with everyone. 2020 was a tough year and to be able to pull some positives out of it really is something I am grateful for.
