The Divine Mercy Chaplet is here prayed in Arabic, Czech, English (spoken and sung chant), French, German, Greek (translation done especially), Italian, Latin, Polish, Portuguese, Slovak and Spanish; and the Novena in English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. We hope to have the chaplet and novena available in all the languages of the world. If you might be able to help with a language not yet up, please do contact Totus2us. Many thanks to everyone who has helped with these recordings; an especial thanks to Father Georgios Dagas who organised for the Greek translation. The background music is sung by Anna Johnstone. In 1935, Saint Faustina received a vision of an angel sent by God to chastise a certain city. She began to pray for mercy, but her prayers were powerless. Suddenly she saw the Holy Trinity and felt the power of Jesus' grace within her. At the same time, she found herself pleading with God for mercy with words of the Chaplet: “Eternal Father, I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world; For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.”
