Making sacrifices now assists in preparation for a fruitful future. Stephen Sanderson, an Instructor at Cisco and Job Corps alumni, believes in that ideology and recalls his shift in mindset when looking at his experience across two Job Corps locations. He now passes along his knowledge to young students, encouraging them to take steps, make sacrifices, and embrace the blessings of hard work.
