Remember when you were just a kid and all you wanted to do was grow up so you could do what you wanted, when you wanted, etc...Then you did grow up and figured out that
growing up isn't always what you imagined it would be.  Growth = growing pains. 
Companies, businesses, relationships...all go through some sort of growing pains in order to get to the next level.  we as a people also experience these pains in many areas.  The fact is if we want to accomplish goals, be better, make dreams a reality then we will experience some type of growing pains.  But take heart friends- You have what it takes to tough it out and get through to the other side.   It will be worth it when you look back and see how far you have made it.  Remember, no pain, no gain!
